What was the highlight of Sealey Resort
Not worth the money
The location is great. Room looked nice and was very clean. The cleaner came every day and changed bedding and towels. Beds were very comfortable. At night no noise so we've had a great sleep. We've really enjoyed our stay at the island. Had a great time! And though my review about the hotel is rather negative, me and my girlfriend do look back at an amazing time we've had here.
The room is nice but that's all you get. There are no other facilities then what you expect to come with the room. We've paid easily 3 to 4 times too much ($94 a night) then that the place would actually be worth. Things such as toiletpaper, shower gel and shampoo are not being changed when new guests arive. A small detail: our shampoo bottle was broken. There's no Wi-Fi in the room and no breakfast. The property is not special. There are no nice views. But with less than 100 meter from the beach, at a great location! The staff was very unfriendly. A friendly "Sawat di krap!" was each time brutally ignored by multiple staff members at the reception. During check-in I announced that I've made a booking and handed my passport. The staff insisted that I would show my booking number. Which I didn't have on hand. While I was struggling for a while since the internet connection on my phone was terribly slow on the island they finally said: "I see, 3 nights?". The way they handled was just, rather rude and lazy. Insist on making me search, while they already had my passport to check my booking for themselves. We've spent New years eve on the island. We've asked at the reception if there is any celebration on the island. Is there any music? Fireworks? Fireshows? Small party maybe? She couldn't help us. Also when we've asked about information about the ferry we were misinformed. The staff told us that the ferry would depart at 1 pm. We've arrived with our luggage at 12.50 pm at the pier. The ferry had just departed without us. Actually, the ferry arrives around 12.20 at the pier, it takes less than half an hour to load all the people, then it will depart. Why they didn't tell us to be there 30 minutes earlier? Usually, I'm not this critical when it comes to rating a hotel. I understand it's many small things. But it is too many small things.

Worst place I have stayed staff rude and asking for money. I asked for towel they replied tip please
We liked when was time to leave
The staff are rude ask for tips from minute u arrive. Told the following day we have no power for shower but can use another room for 100 baht. The was a couple nice staff but all mostly rude and asking for tips The rooms are basic no way a four star hotel. The building hasn't been finished off there's a lot more to do to finish. My advice book a day trip return to Pattaya if u like go for another day. Good luck

Очень чистые и уютные номера в стиле хайтек. Есть балкон и сушилка для одежды. Мы арендовали мотобайк, поэтому для нас не стало проблемой то, что отель не на первой линии. Для нас было важно, что он в двух минутах езды от нашего любимого пляжа тай яй.

not being told they wanted 4% for credit card use but on invoice it had got 3% trying it on at other hotels never been charge credit card payments before.also they charged me more for weekend stay and i wasnt told of this extra charge before i booked
