シーリー リゾート（Sealey Resort） ★★★★

The location is great. Room looked nice and was very clean. The cleaner came every day and changed bedding and towels. Beds were very comfortable. At night no noise so we've had a great sleep. We've really enjoyed our stay at the island. Had a great time! And though my review about the hotel is rather negative, me and my girlfriend do look back at an amazing time we've had here.

The room is nice but that's all you get. There are no other facilities then what you expect to come with the room. We've paid easily 3 to 4 times too much ($94 a night) then that the place would actually be worth. Things such as toiletpaper, shower gel and shampoo are not being changed when new guests arive. A small detail: our shampoo bottle was broken. There's no Wi-Fi in the room and no breakfast. The property is not special. There are no nice views. But with less than 100 meter from the beach, at a great location! The staff was very unfriendly. A friendly "Sawat di krap!" was each time brutally ignored by multiple staff members at the reception. During check-in I announced that I've made a booking and handed my passport. The staff insisted that I would show my booking number. Which I didn't have on hand. While I was struggling for a while since the internet connection on my phone was terribly slow on the island they finally said: "I see, 3 nights?". The way they handled was just, rather rude and lazy. Insist on making me search, while they already had my passport to check my booking for themselves. We've spent New years eve on the island. We've asked at the reception if there is any celebration on the island. Is there any music? Fireworks? Fireshows? Small party maybe? She couldn't help us. Also when we've asked about information about the ferry we were misinformed. The staff told us that the ferry would depart at 1 pm. We've arrived with our luggage at 12.50 pm at the pier. The ferry had just departed without us. Actually, the ferry arrives around 12.20 at the pier, it takes less than half an hour to load all the people, then it will depart. Why they didn't tell us to be there 30 minutes earlier? Usually, I'm not this critical when it comes to rating a hotel. I understand it's many small things. But it is too many small things.

The room was very nice. The gardening was beautiful

The view from our balcony had a big pile of garbage from the neighbors home. It should be cleaned up and emitted a string odour

The design of the bedroom was nice.

Location on other side of the island. Staff not very helpful. Overpriced. No amenities. No pool. Air conditioner was dirty.

We liked when was time to leave

The staff are rude ask for tips from minute u arrive. Told the following day we have no power for shower but can use another room for 100 baht. The was a couple nice staff but all mostly rude and asking for tips The rooms are basic no way a four star hotel. The building hasn't been finished off there's a lot more to do to finish. My advice book a day trip return to Pattaya if u like go for another day. Good luck

not being told they wanted 4% for credit card use but on invoice it had got 3% trying it on at other hotels never been charge credit card payments before.also they charged me more for weekend stay and i wasnt told of this extra charge before i booked

No wifi, no food at the hotel

Nice comfy bed, right next to beach.

Room smelled like mildew, bathroom had a lot of spider webs, staff did not speak english at all.

Очень чистые и уютные номера в стиле хайтек. Есть балкон и сушилка для одежды. Мы арендовали мотобайк, поэтому для нас не стало проблемой то, что отель не на первой линии. Для нас было важно, что он в двух минутах езды от нашего любимого пляжа тай яй.

Locatie, zeer dicht bij het strand, was goed

Rioollucht in de kamer. Lekkage bij de wc pot waardoor de vlier constant nat was. Heel erg verl muggen in de kamer. Er was de eerste dag geen andere kamer beschikbaar, dus de stank werd opgelost met een spraytje toilet verfrisser, wat na 10 minuten uitgewerkt was. Motorfiets gehuurd via de receptie, kregen eerst een heel oud ding. Later alsnog een nieuwe gekregen. Dag erop een andere kamer gekregen. In de middag nog wel warm water, maar avond en ochtend geen warm water

Livlig strand nedanför. Mycket som händer. Du har inte tråkigt på Stranden om det är Det du är ute efter. Annars ta en moppe till Tien beach. Mycket lugnare. Allt med båten är nära och bra.

Men för dyrt. Inkluderad ej frukost betalade 7800kr På hemsidan står Det inkl skatter och avgifter. För ca 7500 två nätter. Sedan sa personalen att de tar extra avgift för att man väljer att betala med kort. (Inte ok) Samma dag jag checkade in. Så ändrade de delux rum till att rabatterad pris 5400kr för två Nätter. För det priset får du bara ett leende på läpparna här. Samma pris kan du betala i Koh Chang och då inklusive frukost. Hög service, Beach väska får du, bad tofflor och morgon rock. Produkter till håret och etc. inkl pool på hotellet. För rummet i Sealey resort. Så fick du inte ens en fön till håret. Telefonen funkade inte. Man var tvungen att springa upp och ner om man ville fråga receptionen något. Wi-fi hoppade av hela tiden. Ingen hjälper dig med väskorna. Jag fick smutsiga handdukar, dusch handtaget åkte av. Fick inte byta rum men istället så löste dom allt på plats. Finns ett annat litet hotell som man betalar ca 1000 - 1500 baht på samma Strand. Inkl frukost. Väldigt enkelt. Rekommenderar det Istället. Så mycket bättre. Jätte trevlig man äger kaffe shop precis vid Seven eleven. Han är mer hjälpsam än detta hotell. Ett leende på läpparna räcker inte. Tyckte att dom var väldigt trötta på att serva en. Vägrar visa hur man gjorde med kassaskåpet. Dom kan inte engelska. Ingen kan engelska alls.

- ที่พักทำเลดี ห้องพักสะอาดสวยงาม ที่พักอยุ่ติดหาด บรรยากาศที่พักทำสวยงาม - พนักงานบริการดี แจ้งว่าไปกับคนแก่ ก็ย้ายห้องมาอยุ่ตึกแรกให้ เพื่อไม่ให้เดินไกลค่ะ - พนักงานบริการดีแต่ติดนิดนึง ตอนเข้าพักไปก่อนเที่ยงพนักงานให้ไปวางกระเป๋าก่อน แต่บอกว่าไฟจะมาตอนเที่ยง พอเรากลับมาตอนเยน ปรากฎว่าไฟยังไม่มาเลยมาถาม พนักงานแจ้งว่าต้องมาขอคีการ์ดไปเสียบก่นอ ซึ่งพนักงาานไม่ได้แจ้ง - นอกนั้นดีหมดค่ะ

ห้องสะอาด ใกล้ท่าเรือ เสียงไม่รบกวนถึงในห้อง

เวลาเช็คอิน 14.00 ไปถึงรร. 16.00ยังเข้าห้องไม่ได้ค่ะ บอกว่าทำห้องยังไม่เสร็จ ในห้องมีน้ำเปล่าให้2ขวด ห้องน้ำมีแค่สบู่เหลว ไม่มีอุปกรณ์อย่างอื่นเลยค่ะ ราคาห้องที่จองได้ 3000รู้สึกไม่คุ้มราคาเลยค่ะ
